The whole experience was great from start to finish. I appreciated that I didn't have people from Renova knocking at my door at all hours. I contacted them.<br /><br />The sales process wasn't high pressure, the financing process was fairly seamless and the installation process was efficient.<br /><br />The time that Mark Licon took during and after the sales process to explain things was excellent.<br /><br />The installers took great care and it was obvious they took pride in the company and their product. I have rarely seen workman display pride in workmanship they way the Renvoa installers showed.
