This company was great from start to finish. Mike Copeland was my salesman and he was a pleasure from day one. The company as a whole is great. I had lots of questions and requests and they were all taking care of. We had some issues with the weather not cooperating and I feel this company went above and beyond to get my system up and running before my loan deadline. The installer laid dropclothes on all my floors to keep them clean. They swept up and it's like they were never there. Also after I signed a contract with them I even received a call from the owner of the company to thank me for my business. Customer service is a priority at sun nation and it starts at the top and it's no surprise that it trickles down throughout the entire company
