<br />Only area that would not rate above average was supervision of sub contractors. It was average. Sub contractors did not comply with contracts and caused additional work to be performed. Additional costs paid by Black Platinum or sub, did not affect my price in any manner.<br /><br />In all extremely professional contractor. Delivered as promised on time at price of contract. Contract price extremely fair, not low bidder, but delivered high quality for fair price.<br /><br />Excellent after sale follow up and remains in contact. Assists with warranty issues and always available for questions or comments about system. Would use in future and definately recommend to others.
