The salesman came out, explained everything to me, and we signed paperwork the same day. Within a week my panels were installed. Two weeks later the energy efficiency crew came out and sealed all the leaks in my doorways and central air/heat system. I did have to wait an extremely long time after that (about 4 months) to get my panels turned on, but it was no fault of PosiGen. The Tangipahoa Parish inspectors office decided to lose the paperwork that Entergy requires in order to install the net meter. The plus side is that PosiGen handled all the phone calls so I never had to get involved. Now my meter is installed and my panels are cranking out the power!
