Let me start off by saying I am in the Home Improvement business and dealing withe the city of New York is a long and slow process.Contract was signed in April 2014 and installation was completed on a 20 degree day in November. Dave kept me informed along the way. The crew of installers were professional, clean and courteous. Dave and Chelsea promptly responded to emails and phone calls. Quality products with a 25 year warranty are used and the system is performing as or better than expected
