horizon did not present much of the information regarding financing options and local regulations regarding installation, in a clear concise way. it appeared they knew very little about the local regulations. this caused us to make multiple trips and phone calls to our electric company, and delayed our start-up.<br /> however, the technical advice we got seemed to be a little more beneficial, and they finished installation in a timely and professional manner. things appear to be working as expected.
