We met with the rep in June, here in Phoenix, try to save on our electricity bill,sounded good so signed up,they said it could take up to 3 month's to make the panels an installed, understood panels were installed early August, but when going over the installation, said it could be up to 2 months before it was running, permits, city approval, etc., that was a surprise, nothing mentioned before ,what are you gonna do. So I waited no word or update so finally called city to see where we were at, they said there was no permit requested. So on to vivint, I called,got transfered around finally got in touch with someone I charge of electrical said I needed a bigger meter, they had to special order,my response "why hadn't anybody said anything" they're response it fell through the cracks. Finally got funning by December 1,Yey looking forward to saving some green. Just got my bill, $111.00 from APS and $158.00 from vivint $269.00 total? That's over $40.00 more and its winter in phoenix I can't imagine what summer bill will be! Make sure you ask all the questions, and read all the paperwork before you sign
