My wife and I purchased an early-70's "fixer-upper" in Moraga last May and after extensive renovations to the house we got a quote for solar. We did not use a ton of AC but with the pool/spa and all of the appliances, we regularly had a $200 electric bill. Sungevity talked us through our options, but didn't oversell us and provided the right sized system to match our energy consumption needs. We signed on in September and by November we were up and running. I was blown away by our first electric bill, once the panels were up, it was actually negative! We just had our 1 year anniversary and could not be happier...
