I am very pleased with the total service I have received from Western Solar. I worked with Markus for my initial site visit and system design. Markus was great in developing several options and provided full technical and financial information on those options. The installation was fast and flawless. The Western Solar technicians who installed my system had it done in a day and left the work site clean and neat. My system looks and works great. My system has been operating for three months now and working great. I have experienced 2 grid power failures during storms in my area since my solar system was installed. The solar system worked perfectly in shutting down when the grid failed and restarting automatically as soon as grid power was restored. I have called Western Solar with questions a couple of times now and Josh has been great in answering questions, walking me through some minor reprogramming of my system and taking the time to be sure I understand the operation and maintenance of my system which is actually quite easy. I would recommend Western solar to anyone.
