The process they walk you thru is AWESOME! But if you ever get foreclose or lose your property you can't get them to cancel the service. Even when the new owner is there. They will want you to do the work of transferring the new owner yourself.

Below is the email I got from there :)

Kuan,
We received your email about cancelling your account, unfortunately we can't start that process until we have successfully transferred the agreement from you to the new home owners. I have included an attachment in the email of the transfer agreement, if you can get the new homeowners to sign the agreement and send it back to us we can start the transfer process, we can help you also if you can provide us with the contact information for either the bank or the new home owners. If you could provide us with this information we will gladly start the transfer process. Until this process you are still responsible for the solar system and the energy that it is currently producing.

Wes Cowan. Solar Solutions .
