I stumbled across Intermountain Wind and Solar by accident at a Home Show. It was the best thing that ever happened to my family. Their pricing was excellent and they had a system designed for whatever anyone could ever desire. We selected the system that had battery backup because I use a CPAP at night and need the extra security of being able to breathe through the night. We had a few problems with the equipment and the proper outlets being assigned to the battery backup panel and I thought that now I would find out just how good the IW&S customer service would be. Believe me folks, it is the ABSOLUTELY BEST!!!. When the difficulties were taking so long to fix the owner and founder actually came out to our house himself! He assured me that until they were able to find and fix the problem to everyone's satisfaction that it would remain at the top of his personal priority list. The problem was finally isolated and a faulty piece of equipment was replaced. The correct circuit was hooked into the battery backup panel and the rest is history.<br /><br />My bill has now been reduced to the basic $9.00 a month the Utah Power charges just to be hooked up to the grid. The office and sales staff along with the installers are so professional, polite and friendly. We know each other on a first name basis and I truly refer to them now as my "Best Friends."<br /><br />Thank you IWS for all your help.
