The decision to install a solar system on my roof only occurred after talking with other companies and comparing. Intermountain Wind and Solar provided me the information I needed to make an informed decision. The advance work was professional. I was kept informed throughout the process and once construction began had the opportunity to monitor their work. Was there some hiccups - yes, but the customer service and follow-up was excellent. It became clear that I was not just a sale but a lifetime customer. Customer service continues after the sale which is the way it should be.
