From start to finish I was impressed with the process. They came to the home to actually look at the roof and did not just use the google satellite image to do their layout. They worked with me to use the rebate from Rocky Mountain Power. I felt I always got honest answers to my many questions even when they weren't what I wanted to hear. They quoted several different system sizes and configurations based on some financial constraints we were under. <br /><br />When the crew showed up for the actual installation they were polite, friendly, professional, and did not act the least bit annoyed with my many questions. They worked together as a team and got the job done and did not leave a mess. <br /><br />Their electricians that upgraded the meter were just as friendly and professional. After the system was up and running they sent another quality control team to check the installation and they made a couple of adjustments tieing down a loose cable and adding a couple of roof mount supports they felt would be beneficial.<br /><br />One of the most impressive things was when the City inspectors new it was IWS doing the install they seemed confident in their work from their past experiences with IWS. When RMP came out to inspect the system for the rebate they were equally happy know that it was IWS because of their past experiences with the company. <br /><br />I felt the salesman I worked with was attentive but not pushy. I stopped by their offices just to check things out before I committed and they happily showed me around the offices and warehouse.<br /><br />I would highly recommend IWS without reservation.
