I have been delighted with both the installation and the service from Sun Electric personnel at all levels. The sales consultant was very patient with my questions prior to signing the contract and after. The installation was quick, clean, efficient, and professional. Because datalogging and remote display equipment was part of the installation, there was ongoing support from the operations personnel to explain its use and assist in getting up to speed. Communication was always prompt, courteous, and helpful. Finally, the PVA installation has been producing power reliably, despite all the recent Colorado snow storms. In Summary, I couldn`t be more pleased<br />I am a strong advocate of alternative energy. My first solar installation was solar thermal on my previous residence in the early 1980s, when there were both federal and state incentives. Thanks to Amendment 37 and the current Xcel Energy rebat program, I decided to install PVA. In the past two years, I have also switched my two cars from standard to hybrid-electric vehicles, as well.<br /><br />I was disappointed to see the early solar incentives removed in the mid 1980s, but happy to see them beginning to be re-instituted. It will take continued incentives, both for the consumer and for industry, to migrate away from fossil fuels. It makes sense in so many ways, including environmental, as well as economic independence as a nation.
