electrician was no show and didnt call. Vivint didnt call either

new company put up panels on roof but didnt supply electricians to hook up. I called to set up appt. for electrician after rep told me to call (rather than him following up). Called and was given appt. in 3 weeks. Appt. was today, 8am to 12 noon window. My wife stayed home (missed her appointments) and electrician was a no show. No call from Vivint, no call from electrician. I called at 1130 am and was given woeful apologies but no clear explanation of the lack of service and lack of simple phone call(text, email). wondering about service and repair for major electrical service, and ongoing relationship following lousy start and unprofessional business practice here in Old Bridge, NJ. note- "price charged" below reflects my wife's wasted time this morning.
