Fraud. Had system installed July, its now approaching November and still not activated. Excuses and bullshit galore. Promised I would be up and running in two days, its been 3 weeks. Customer service hangs up when you ask tough questions and never calls back. Stay away from these guys they will give you the runaround and blame your current utility company and make promises they cant keep. Wasted a whole summer with no solar. Bait and switch. Should have went with Solar City. Neighbor of mine got Solar City 1 month after I did and they have been up and running since 5 weeks ago.
