Overall a very positive experience from the very first visit to our house. The sales guy was helpful. The guy that scheduled the installation and commissioned the system was great. The installation crew was quick, efficient, and very neat. The system is doing exactly what was promised. The wait for the utility company took the longest and that was outside their control. When I called their office to check on status, their office staff were helpful and tracked down someone who knew our project.
