They did a great job on time and on budget on a hard job

I had two big solar companies tell me that they could not install because of my very heavy tree cover. Ken at BDS took the extra time to make the project work by cutting the trees, positioning the panels and even guaranteeing me in writing that I would get a specific level of power a year. To date I am on track to meet that number. <br />Ken was very ethical and made sure that his crews followed our agreement to the letter and intent of our contract. <br /><br />Ken was available, polite and businesslike even when someone else might have lost their cool or chose to duck communication. The true test of a dependable contractor is when they communicate with you and follow up when the job is hard- and my job was much more difficult than the average job. <br /><br />I got all of the tax and rebate incentives I was promised by Ken.
