Great experience with New England Clean Energy. Incredibly professional staff. The sales process was very friendly and low pressure. Installation schedule was very reasonable and close to their initial estimate. Installation itself was well-done and their crew cleaned up each day such that we never had to deal with any mess or anything. During install, each day they would update their status on the project and what was next, making us feel very informed. Slowest part was permitting process and utility hook-up which is out of their hands, but they did estimate the time it would take quite well. Now we have been producing solar power for just over a month and it is working great. No problems whatsoever. It is running about 33% higher average power generation per day than installer predicted for annual generation, but it is just past the peak of the summer now, so I am sure the winter will bring the production down, but it is a good sign. Installer originally quoted the price with a "supply side tap" which I guess they ended up not needing and they refunded the difference to me - an extra $500 they could have kept and I wouldn't have known the difference! Would recommend New England Clean Energy to anyone in the area considering a solar system, don't know how anyone else could be better!
