I first got started with solar by hearing an ad for AC Solar. I had contacted them and scheduled an appointment which I was told was going to be 60-90 minutes. Over 5 hours later the salesman was still rambling on about the Study Home program. I decided I should scope out some reviews and see how I feel about the company. I couldnt find anything positive written about it. As I was planning my next move I started getting high pressure "someone in your area is going to take the study home availability away if you dont act now" routine. I decided I was not going with this company. I did however get a few calls from the Denver office as time went on offering discounts on the quoted price. Wasnt happy.<br />In one of the reviews someone had mentioned the same experience with them and that they had gone to Freedom Solar. I called and explained my situation. Two days later I have Robert at my home giving me all the details in less than an hour. Very respectful of my time and frustration with AC Solar. Robert was able to offer a superior product at a much better price than AC was offering. He then was able to schedule the sky mappers quickly and get this project moving. Unfortunately my house would require chopping down 2 large Oak trees and some modification to our gas meter so solar was not feasible for our house. I am trying to convince anyone who will listen that solar is the way to go, especially in San Antonio where CPS offers huge rebates.<br />If you are on the fence between AC Solar and Freedom, do yourself a favor and call Robert at Freedom. You will not be disappointed.
