I can't say enough good things about this company. I wanted to have my solar panels installed before the end of the year to maximize the incentives available. I contacted 7 different companies. Freedom Solar was the only company that showed up on time, and one of two companies that showed up at all. From the first meeting they were courteous, professional, and went above and beyond to make the experience painless from beginning to end. Their prices were very competitive and the price I paid was that remaining AFTER the Austin Electric incentive. Apparently receiving the money is quite delayed, assuming you've submitted the paperwork correctly, but no worries for me because they took care of it and deducted that amount from the price. They also walked me through, and provided the paperwork, for the federal income tax incentive. Beyond the financial, when they were at my home from initial inspection through installation and post inspection, I barely knew they were there. No muss, no fuss. It couldn't have been easier to magically have a power bill that went from average $500 month to average $60 month. I feel strongly about the integrity of Freedom Solar, enough to inspire my first ever online review of a company!
