Still Waiting - more than 6 months!

I signed a contract with Vivint Solar on January 15, 2014 and am still waiting for my system to go live. The system was installed on 3/25/14 and the electrician was here on 4/14/14. Customer service said the paperwork was submitted to PSEG on 6/17/14. According to my salesman, the problem is with the utility company. He said that Vivint was told not to call them anymore! Today is August 4 and my system is still not live. I am sorry I signed with them and would not recommend this company to anyone.

I cannot comment about billing or quality because the system is still not operational!
