Were references willingly provided for you to contact ? - Since this was and upgrade to an existing solar system, references were not needed. Aurora Energy installed both solar PV and domestic solar hot water systems in fall 2007.<br /><br />Work began on the date and time promised ? - SunPower stopped accepting orders in mid-November- therefore, our system was delayed ~60 days. Not the fault of Aurora Energy.<br /><br />Work was completed according to the schedule promised ? Again, see answer above- furthermore, the mid-Atlantic was subject to unusual blizzard activity. The amount of snow and cold temperatures delayed our install even further. No fault to Aurora Energy.<br />
