Our solar power system began running today, July 29, 2014. We signed our contract 9 months ago at the end of October 2013. The customer service has been absolutely horrible. The lack of communication from RGS unbelievable. We live in Silverthorne, CO at 9,000 feet. We knew that having the system installed during the winter was going to be highly unlikely, however when spring sprung we expected to be at the front of the line for installation. It turned out that they had forgotten all about us. It has been a comedy of errors. A miserable experience.
