I am completely satisfied with the installation of our solar system. The workers did a great job. However, I am disappointed in the help and response I get from the office and internet staff. I am still unable to check the usage and output online. I lost my password and requested a new one. I still have not received the new password after asking several times. Also, I received a letter for the Fresno County Assessors office asking for the net amount for the solar system. As I did not have this information, I called your office (559)369-2080. I was told to mail the letter to them and they would fill it out and mail back to me. When I did not receive it, I called again. I was told they had mailed it to the assessors office. I ask them to mail me a copy. I still have not received it. I feel all I have gotten from your office is the run around and lies. Please correct these issues and restore my confidence in PetersenDean.
