Okay I am not the person that normally writes reviews. Please if you have any concern for your family run from this company. This is the most underhanded contractor I have ever dealt with. First Todd promised that “his†guys could handle the job. After signing the contract he hired sub contractors for the electrical and roofing out. He should have had the subs listed on the contract so that I could have researched them. He promised that the panel change out would only take one day, a day and a half at the most. My family was without power for three days. He didn't even show up for the inspection. The job was completed however it was done extremely badly. I can't list all the issues it has. Then I start getting phone calls from the sub contractors / material supply house because they haven't been paid! It's been over a month and he is not answering their phone calls. They have no choice but to lien my house for payment. Oh and I got a call today because Todd ( OC Sunny ) bounced the permit check to the city. Save yourself a huge headache and go with a different company!
