Although the install went smoothly (no one on the crew had very much time with Astrum), the subsequent customer service for the multiple failed microinverters has been dismal. I am currently still waiting for a response to multiple emails about yet another failed microinverter. My next step may have to be a certified letter from my lawyer to get their attention.

Please accept my apologies for the lack of a response to your emails. We have a high standard for customer service, and when we fail to meet that standard in a customer relationship that is not acceptable.
