Install took 4 months to complete after collecting my downpayment. Installers and service uses classic contractor's trick of scheduling work on a day when rain is predicted, knowing they will not have to show up (but it looks like they are trying). Physical install was well done. System failed after about 2 months with output around 40% of capacity. Repair took 3 weeks (see "classic contractor's trick" above).
