I'm very pleased with my SUNation installation. The process was painless from start to finish. What distinguishes this company from others is its customer service. When it became clear that the specific panel I'd chosen was on backorder at the factory, SUNation found an alternate supplier and even threw in a free extra panel for the delay. They also didn't balk at redrawing their plans slightly when I ended up having my roof replaced prior to installation.<br /><br />Installation was quick and painless--it took only 3 days and my power was only out for a short while. I've had the system for 6 months now and it's performing as anticipated (or even slightly better than quoted). I haven't had any maintenance or warranty issues.<br /><br />After-sales support has been excellent so far. There was a minor problem with the free monitoring system that they resolved for me in a few hours. They were also very quick in pulling up and emailing me records for tax purposes. All in all, a better experience than I expected, and the cost savings are spectacular.
