Sean, Bonnie, Doug (sales rep) and their installation crew were all very professional and great to work with. Despite some initial upfront delays (not in their control), I was kept informed every step of the way. Once everything was worked out, Bonnie was able to get the solar crew out earlier than anticipated and my system was up in just 2.5 days! I am very satisfied with the purchase of my 7kw solar p.v system. At this time I have already accrued a net reserve of energy credits for the hot summer months, so my monthly electric bills are currently minimal (including just APS connection/service charges. I recommend PEP solar for anyone looking into obtaining solar. I will definitely be using them again for my personal future solar needs! Thanks again!
