I'm writing this now while everything's fresh in my mind concerning my experience with four young men .These four men were sent to my house to install 36 solar panels on my roof the week of 5/5/2014. Their names are as follows: Ramon, Jimmy, Miles, and Nino. WOW, what a team they are! I was impressed! With each visit Ramon took the time to explain to me what they were going to be doing that day. EACH one of these young men also took the time to knock on my door and asked permission before doing anything on the premises. They were knowledgeable about the job and courteous in every way. They were clean, friendly, spoke clearly and made sure that I understood and was comfortable with their process of work. PLUS, I had an added bonus of having eye candy when they were around. The weather was VERY windy and I was concerned for their safety, but they stayed smart and when the ladder blew over, they knew it was time to call it quits. With that being said, it took them a day longer to finish the job. But once the weather cooperated, they went to it and had it ALL finished in less than 4 hours! Even the painting of the metal tube which holds all the electrical wires that is mounted under the eaves was matched perfectly. I could not have asked for a better job. They cleaned up after each visit, even with the wind blowing paper and metal pieces off the roof faster than they could get down to pick it up! They worked together as a team. And it showed. I could not have asked for a better job.<br /> Whoever hired these four young men needs to pat themselves on the back! That person did good!<br /> I would hope that Horizon has some sort of "ata boy" program for their exceptionally well deserved employees. Because each one these guys qualifies and deserves an extra something!!!! With the panels lined up nice and straight the appearance of my roof is very neat. For me that was an important factor. We are very, very pleased with the performance and work from your company. <br />Thank you!<br />My experience with the Horizon Solar Power team has been terrific!
