We were quite happy with the company, price given for system, and customer service. We haven't noticed a substantial reduction in our electric bill, and therefore can't give a 5 star rating.

Hello Kriss, I'm sorry that the solar hot water system didn't meet your expectations for savings on your electric bill. We can offer a larger collector in place of the one you have now to increase the btu production which may be a better fit for your current hot water demand.
