I don't normally write reviews, and most people only write reviews when things don't go as planned. In this case, we interviewed a few companies when investigating a solar installation on our home. We decided on Petersen Dean, along with SunRun, as the price and program was right, and their references were pleased with their prior installs. The process took a little time due to permits and Permission to Operate our system. However, I must compliment Tom and Duk in their offices for leading us through the process, and especially the installation team -- they were extremely responsive to our needs. On the day of install, their entire team was polite, efficient, safe and professional, and we appreciated them making the installation as seamless as possible -- it was impressive it only took basically one day for installation and they answered and addressed all our questions. Now after nearly 2 months of operation, it appears our Petersen Dean / SunRun system is operating according to plan -- and will help us save significantly on energy costs for the next 20 years.
