We weren't actually looking for a solar unit for our home. My friend called me and was so excited about her new solar unit that I said to my husband that we should call Positive Energy Solar and see what they have to say. Thomas Butcher came over to meet with us. After he finished telling us about the product, including the tax benefits, how the product is made and outstanding warranties, we realized that it was a win-win situation for us. We also had to have some roofing work done before the panels could be installed and other than a few glitches in getting approval from their new credit union, we were on our way. The installation team arrived on time every day, and would let me know the progress that they made when they were leaving. Thomas and the project manager, Shem, were always checking in to check progress of the installation. I felt very secure that things were going well. Finally, our project was finished, all inspections were passed, and we just got our first electrical bill for $00.00 with $11.00 owed to us by PNM (and it wasn't even for a full month). I cannot say enough about the customer service. All calls and questions were answered promptly and I never felt that pressure to buy their product. If I could give them a 12 star rating, I would.
