It blew me away how fast and efficient the install was. The team was on time, communicative, and executed amazingly well. From the day they showed up on site to the day I had the system installed was three days, and then all of the work to interconnect was completed within a week. It was great.<br /><br />However, around the edges I have had a good number of problems with follow through on questions, paperwork, etc. I have had to chase down their project manager multiple times to get answers to questions. (My general sense is that project managers are supposed to track down things for you, not people who need to be tracked down). <br /><br />I also haven't really felt like the project manager really owned my account. Oftimes I'd ask a question and they would hand me off to someone else and say, "They can handle it" and then I got dropped between hands.<br /><br />Overall, I am happy with my installation and I think they did a great job, but I think they need to do better on the brass tacks.
