Terrible Customer Service

I signed a contract with Astrum back in April 2013 . I got a new roof installed on my home in June 2013 before the project install in July. Well ,July came and went and I couldnt get my project lead on the phone till the end of August!!! Their money dried up from their lender is what they told me but ,they would be doing my install with a new lender in October 2013 . Again we passed that date when I received a call from my rep asking me for a site plan of my property for the township zoning board application, after finding my site plan (took me 10 days to find) I went up to the township offices and delivered it to the zoning office. I was told that my papers where still in the construction office because Astrum still had'nt complete the application requirements or paid the fee's associated with the application. After contacting my rep he reassured me that it would be taken care of ASAP!!! WELL IT'S NOW DECEMBER 13, 2013 and I've been calling their Pennsylvania and Maryland offices for the last week and it go's directly to voicemail!!!! My Rep's cellphone go's to voicemail , WTF!!! YOU'S ASSURE ME THIS IS GOING TO GET DONE NOW YOU'S HIDE AND WON'T RETURN CALL'S TO CUSTOMERS WHO HAVE BEEN IN LIMBO FOR 7-8 MONTHS!!!!!!
