They ran into a construction issue, were upfront with what happened then fixed it. Shows integrity. The permitting process was tedious with multiple visits from the city & PNM but our sales guy warned us to expect this. I spoke with the city & PNM reps privately and they had good things to say about Affordable. That was our experience too.
