I was very happy that I chose to use Solartek solutions! They came over to my house and spent the time to educate me on the industry and where the technology is at. The rep was very courteous and very friendly we felt no pressure to purchase (even though we were very excited to own our power generation.) What I have been most impressed with is all of the information and foresight Solartek has given me. I am a very thorough person and I got a couple of bids to make sure I was getting a fair deal. One of the bids came in suspiciously low and Solartek educated me to the fact that this company was using a component that according to Solartek would not be a company that will not be around to support the 25 year warranty. To my surprise last month that company announced they were pulling out of the Solar panel industry and not supporting the warranty. My system is up and producing better then they projected and it is very cool to watch the production from my computer! Solartek was ahead of schedule and came in a bit under budget, and that made my wife very happy. I do not normally take the time to commend a job well done but this was a very different experience and felt that others should be aware!!
