I thoroughly enjoyed working with Horizon Solar. I interviewed three other solar installation companies before deciding to go with Horizon. The selection was easy because their representatives were all helpful, enthusiastic, and articulate. The presentation given on the way their company works and how SunRun works was beautifully delivered without any of the customary sales pitch/hard sell techniques.
My only criticism -- and it is a minor one -- is that the final instructions on how to turn on the system after it was approved were very poorly written and confusing.
