My experience has been horrible. "The salesmen will tell you anything just to get the sale" this is the exact quote of Vivint's installer. He added the "they don't know what they are talking about". I asked this installer to merely move a 3' piece of PVC conduit over 20-30 inches so it would not be visible from the street. This so called (20 something yr old)professional went off on me(a 60 yr old man)ranting and raving that he was sick of old men thinking they knew everything. He added "what do expect when your getting something for nothing". I asked this young man to leave my property. He refused. He then threatened to come back and deal with me after the installation. Do not expect the salesmen to be your friend after he makes the sale and do not expect anyone from the local office to reply to your complaints. I had to call Utah. As of this date, I am waiting for them to reply to my request and concerns.... read more
