I had my panels installed by CSS in 2012. My sales rep was a bit scattered, but the office staff was approachable and very informative and so I worked mostly through them. They handled all the rebates for me and paid for the roof tile replacements without question (with a tile roof, it is impossible to do an installation like this without damage to some of the tiles). The installers were very professional and went above and beyond to do an excellent job. When I needed to have my monitoring connection moved, CSS came out and did it without hesitation.
