Lifestyle Solar sent over a person recommended by the hero program going over the program and their product. If I didn't know who was coming, if thought they would work with Hero! They offer the best introduction to how solar works with my bill hands down from everyone, and ended up choosing them best on recommendations and the salesperson Adam!
The installation and permit process was relatively painless as well. They updated whenever they were changes, but it would have been nice to know weekly updates since sometimes it would go 2 weeks without an update while waiting. But whenever I called, their staff got back quickly and updated when the next person would reach out to me. Only improvement here is just let me know in the beginning, otherwise Im happy.
Installation took 1 day and looked great. Crew came early in the morning l(woke me you) and cleaned up and finished before the end of the day.
