Alba Energy

After tiring of high utility bills and researching the generous rebates and tax incentives available, my husband and I decided to look into solar. Alba Energy provided us with detailed proposals for two different systems and all the information we needed to make the decision to go with the larger system. Once we gave them the go-ahead, they proceeded with all the paperwork necessary for the rebates and permitting. They partner with a company that offers low-interest financing so our out-of-pocket cost was $0. The process actually took much less time than I was anticipating. Once the permits were secured, the installation took 3 days. The crew showed up promptly each day, were extremely professional, knowledgeable, hard-working, dedicated (it rained on the first day and instead of packing up and leaving, they waited until the rain passed, the roof dried out a little and they were right back to work) and very neat. Upon leaving each day, they cleaned up the area so well I wouldn’t even have known they were there. After installation, an Alba representative came and inspected the system to ensure it was ready for the CPS inspection, which occurred less than two weeks later. The CPS inspection went smoothly and they turned on the system. For the first time ever I am looking forward to my next utility bill! The entire process with Alba Energy was extremely smooth and uncomplicated. They kept in contact on a regular basis to let me know what was happening when and have also followed up after installation several times to make sure we were happy with the process and installation.
