We are quite pleased by their service.
Pre-Sales:
Being one of the curious types, I had a lot of questions and went back & forth frequently to discuss options, enquire about latest prices (since they change weekly) and technology. Jim gave us the space and supported us as we navigated through various options of PPA (Power Purchase Agreement), leasing and outright purchase. Being technically sound, it was a lot easier to clear technical and financial doubts with Jim immediately, rather than working with a marketing person from other firms who were more interested in closing the deal in the current month.

Delivery:
We got delayed because of reasons outside our control. Nevertheless, Jim was always in contact keeping us updated with latest schedule. The installation was done professionally. I was impressed by the team’s methodical approach as well as not shying away from minor scope creeps to ensure aesthetics of our house. They patiently explained what they are doing and why all along.

Post Installation:
Jim diligently followed up with our utility company to ensure that we have all the approvals and set-up with net-metering to get the system up and running.
