We were one of Sungevity's first customers and have been satisfied ever since. This past fall, our inverter failed and it was replaced at no charge by a friendly Sungevity representative within a couple of weeks. I was especially pleased because I paid cash for our system and our inverter failed within the warrantee period so no out of pocket cost.
