After getting through the initial hurdle of getting the right information and deciding on a system, Steven Kasselman personally oversaw installation, multiple further questions from us, and subsequent help getting the electrician and inspectors in, setting the wi-fi connection, and witnessing our first watts being produced by the new system. His help and professionalism were top rate, honest, and thoughtful. It became a lot easier to deal with the transition feeling that Kasselman had our best interests in their minds.
