I researched a number of solar panel companies in the New Orleans area and then met with three of them. I decided on Sunpro Solar for the following reasons: 1) their longevity in the business since a warranty is only as good as the company that warrants it; 2)their many excellent customer reviews; 3) their use of LG solar panels made and warranted by the Korea conglomerate that makes (and warrants) LG TV's and appliances; 4) their use of Enphase inverters connected separately and in parallel; 5) the panels and inverters being readily available in Sunpro Solar's warehouse; 6) their shade analysis and written energy saving guarantee; 7) the knowledge and professionalism of their president, Marc Jones, whom I spoke to many times before making my decision. The installation went like clock work; great onsite employees; great pre-installation and post-installation employee contacts. Marc Jones told me he expected his employees to work and conduct themselves as though they were working at his (Marc Jones) own house. And, that is exactly what they did.
