Horizon Solar Power (Out of Business)

Was originally told the financing would be 70/30 loan. 70% would be 2.9% interest for 10 years and 30% would be a 12 month, no payment & no interest, after that it would be 21%, but this part would be payed off with the 30% FEDERAL CREDIT.

All was good until I got the bill, the entire loan was set up as 100% no payments & no interest for 12 months, after that the $6000 of interest is tacted on the original loan all at 21% interest.

Called to get it fixed, they said no problem, but no luck, they just blew me off.
