This has been the worst install I've ever experienced. Nothing they promised up front has been true & this process has been extremely painful & time-consuming. At every stage they have not followed up. I've had to call every time - wait on hold forever, then wait again while they get the right people on the phone who apparently avoid the phone because it takes forever to get them. Every single time I've received a... 'um, they didn't schedule that, I'll do it now', or 'they didn't do that, let me ask them to do that now.' I started this process months ago & am still waiting for them to take over from SCE. And again here I am on the phone pushing them to do the next step - correct the plans & reschedule the final inspections - seriously ... months ... lost the whole summer, maybe by Christmas? terrible... read more
