Astrum was the chosen installer in my town as part of the Solarize Massachusetts program. The installation process was estimated to take 2-3 days and took 9, my project manager was incompetent and unresponsive.
I got the good to go email with directions on how to start the system and i followed them to the T. After a few days emailed saying i thought the indicator lights on the converter didn't appear that i was producing power and informed my project lead who said it was all good. 30 days later i was sent additional instruction on how to correctly start the system. after they cashed my checks i couldn't get a response to multiple emails about the status of my SRECS. For a company I just paid $30k I would expect much better service. Just terrible!... read more
